How far ahead should we book our Christmas function?

As early as you can. Christmas and end-of-year evenings are the busiest dates of the year and are held first-come, first-served. Weekday evenings (Monday to Thursday) through November and December offer the widest choice, especially for larger groups.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

The Woodlands Christmas package requires a minimum of 50 guests. Our other venues suit groups from a 16-person boardroom dinner through to large galas — tell us your numbers and we’ll recommend the best fit.

What does the Woodlands deal cost?

For 50 guests it’s $3,350 + GST, normally $5,715. That covers venue hire, Kerr & Ladbrook catering at $51pp + GST (food only) and seven premium extras worth $2,365. Final cost depends on guest numbers and menu choice; beverages, bar and staff are quoted separately.

How do we secure our date?

Enquiring is completely free, with no payment and no commitment. When you’re ready to go ahead, a 20% deposit secures your date. Normal cancellation terms apply.

Can we book on a Friday or Saturday?

Yes — weekday and weekend evenings are available through November and December, subject to availability. Weekend bookings at Woodlands may receive a larger venue discount — just ask when you enquire.
